I have been sick all day and i don't quite know why. I think it might be due to some horrid stomach cramps. They are literally so bad that they have been making me feel sick for weeks now but today has just gone above and beyond. I woke up in the wee hours and was sick for ages.
And this afternoon has followed the normal 'disordered' pattern
Obviously, because i was feeling so sorry for myself, i decided a lot of food and buying a few nail varnishes from eBay was going to help. It didn't but oh well...
Taking you on a journey through my life and documenting the triumphs and trials that come hand in hand with having an eating disorder. Hopefully, one day i will be able to look back on this and see just how far i have come.
