I would like to believe that someone's spirit stays around the people they love to watch over them. It is a comfort i have had for many years. I still look for the brightest star in the sky and say goodnight to my Grandad. Sometimes out loud, sometimes just a whisper but i know that he is there.
The thought of ghosts creeps me out though. I tend to think that the spirit of someone would have more discretion, like when i'm in the shower and stuff. LOL
Taking you on a journey through my life and documenting the triumphs and trials that come hand in hand with having an eating disorder. Hopefully, one day i will be able to look back on this and see just how far i have come.
