That is quite possible the strangest blog title i have ever written! lol
I got my first lot of CBT homework last Thursday and i have done well. Basically, i have this thing where, when there is a strong smell, i am scared of the smell being on my tongue so i lick my sleeve to get it off. Weird? Yes. Uncommon? Apparently not!
Anyways, i have had two binges this week which may or may not have been caused by this homework but whutevs. All in all, it has been a success. I have been able to sit with smells and get the urge of sleeve licking out of my mind. Not completely, no. I mean, it IS still there but the panic is getting less and less. Now it is quite manageable.
Everything has been going fine :)
However, i am worried about going to my appointment. Eurgh. My face is still really really swollen. I am still having random bouts of nausea and have been sick again this evening. Its driving me insane. Each time i am sick, my face gets even bigger.

can't be bothered. Just felt like i should document this homework, what with it being my first success
